 Devout Lab processes orders daily from Monday to Friday. All private label wholesale orders, which are shipments directed to your business or a fulfilment centre such as Amazon FBA, are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. The typical lead time for these orders is approximately 3-4 working days; however, this timeframe is not guaranteed as it may vary depending on the current order queue, with certain periods experiencing higher volumes than others.

For dropship orders sent directly to your clients, those placed before 12 PM from Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. It is important to note that drop ship orders should exclusively be for stock intended for consumers; if you are shipping to a business client, please utilise the standard order system.

Shipping is calculated per order, taking into account the weight of the items and the destination. Each product page features a shipping calculator to assist you in evaluating your choices. We strive to offer a wide range of shipping options to ensure you receive the best value.

Checking order status upon placing your order and supplying a valid e-mail address, you will receive two e-mails.

The initial email serves to confirm the receipt of your order and will include your receipt; you can expect to receive this email within roughly 12 hours.

The second email serves to confirm that your order has been dispatched, and it will include any relevant tracking information. You can expect to receive this email within approximately one business day after the authorization of your credit card and the verification of your details.

Additionally, you may monitor the status of your order by visiting www.devoutlab.com. Simply log into the “Your Account” tab at the bottom of the page and then into the ” Orders” tab. Here you will be able to see all your historical orders and current orders and track your order.

Shipping to FBA

Devout lab can ship your private label products directly to Amazon FBA on your behalf. For clients who wish to use their courier or ship to FBA, please select the ‘FBA or Self Organised Courier’ shipping option. Once the order is picked and packed, our fulfilment team will send you the details so that you can organise the collection and send us the shipping labels to apply to your shipment. if you are using our Amazon account management service this will be done for you.
